  • ½ tablespoon dried elderberries
  • Filtered water
  • ¼ cup loose leaf dried echinacea
  • 1 teaspoon dried goldenseal root
  • Raw, unfiltered honey to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with 8-10 oz of filtered water and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Strain into a large mug with a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth and enjoy warm.
