In the event you need to return a product, please see the guidelines below that must be met in order for our team to process your return. We are only able to return unopened products.
Guidelines for a Return
- The product must have been purchased within the last 15 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, both to and from Doctor Taz MD. You are also responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in the mail during return to Doctor Taz MD, so please package your products well and insure them if needed.
Out of Town Purchase/Return
If an item was shipped to you, and you would like to return it, please contact us within 15 days and before shipping it back to us. Once your return has been approved by Brooke Depre, please send the product along with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We cannot guarantee a refund on the product. This will be at the discretion of the Operations Manager.
All sales items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be considered for a return and refund.
Unfortunately, packages of services or products cannot be refunded.
