  • 1 heaping teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8-10 dried goji berries
  • 1 small slice of orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon honey, stevia, or
    sweetener of choice


  1. In a large saucepan, bring the
    water to a boil, then remove
    from heat.
  2. Add goji berries, orange peel,
    and hibiscus flowers, and let
    steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Whisk for about 30 seconds
    and strain into ice-filled
  4. Stir in matcha powder.
  5. Store leftovers in the
    refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
