Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2-3 oz prosciutto
  • 1-2 oz shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Slice apple for your base.
  2. Layer a few leaves of arugula and a slice of Parmesan
  3. Wrap layered set with prosciutto.
  4. Can also use alternate fruit such as pear or melon.
