  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • ΒΌ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp pastured butter or ghee
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish with chives, parsley, and dill


  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, and spices.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter over skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add eggs to skillet and lightly scramble.
  4. When cooked, transfer to plate and top with desired garnish.
