  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp canned coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. In a medium bowl, add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, coconut cream, and honey.
  2. Pour into separate ramekins if desired. Leave to sit overnight in the fridge.
  3. Don’t be shy about getting creative with your flavors! Variations include chocolate chia seeds pudding, sea salt and caramel, and berries and cream!
