Ingredients:

  • Canned coconut milk (preferably full-fat, but light can be used)
  • 1, 16 oz package frozen mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or alternative sweetener like stevia or monkfruit)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, and stir.
  2. Frozen berries will freeze coconut milk creating a thick texture. Best eaten immediately, or stored in the freezer.
  3. Alternate method: combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Best eaten immediately.
