Don’t Be Fooled, Ditch the Double Chin

I am sorry to say, there is nothing you can do to tighten your double chin…. April Fool!

I don’t know about you, but I want to do everything I can to minimize any type of double chin forming! Who doesn’t. It can make some women feel unattractive, and it is not healthy. Foods that are high in sugar and refined carbohydrates can make it worse as well as overall muscle tone. Luckily, there are things you can do to naturally tighten it up!

One of my favorite ways to tighten up my chin area is to make a natural mask consisting of eggs, honey, and milk. Eggs tighten the skin, containing collagen, which helps to fill in lines and wrinkles, and they have Vitamin A, which is good for skin turnover. Honey helps to remove excess fluid, and milk is an age-old exfoliator.

Simply apply the mask once a week for 10-15 minutes, and you will be red carpet ready!
