What sort of ongoing support would you suggest for nurses (and others) who work night shift and are awake several nights each week?
Unfortunately, this is really tough on a female body. I feel for you. Try to batch your shifts or spread out to 1 per week if you can. Also, you can take melatonin to help with shifts in sleep cycle, and high dose b vitamins and many need hormonal support like bioidentical progesterone.
