Ingredients

  • 1,2 inch sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon gingko leaf powder
  • 4-6 fresh peppermint leaves

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with 8-10 oz of filtered water and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Strain with a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth pouring over Ice, or enjoy warm.
