Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 cup arugula
- 2-3 oz prosciutto
- 1-2 oz shaved Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Slice apple for your base.
- Layer a few leaves of arugula and a slice of Parmesan
- Wrap layered set with prosciutto.
- Can also use alternate fruit such as pear or melon.
