Dr. Taz’s Mock Sangria
Serves 2

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2-3/4 cup sparkling water (to taste)
1/2 cup chopped fruit
1 thin slice ginger (optional)

Stir together all of the ingredients and serve. Cheers!
