Ingredients:
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp canned coconut cream
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, coconut cream, and honey.
- Pour into separate ramekins if desired. Leave to sit overnight in the fridge.
- Don’t be shy about getting creative with your flavors! Variations include chocolate chia seeds pudding, sea salt and caramel, and berries and cream!
