Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup of your favorite dairy free milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- sprinkle of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp agave
- optional pinch of black pepper for added immune boost
- 1 large orange and 1/3 cup oats for topping
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Let it rest for 10 minutes and then mix again
- Place in a jar and let it sit overnight or at least 6 hours
- Enjoy the next morning with sliced oranges and your favorite toppings
