Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of your favorite dairy free milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle of ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp agave
  • optional pinch of black pepper for added immune boost
  • 1 large orange and 1/3 cup oats for topping

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes and then mix again
  • Place in a jar and let it sit overnight or at least 6 hours
  • Enjoy the next morning with sliced oranges and your favorite toppings
