Ingredients
- 1 pkg of rice paper
- 1/2 lb chicken
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 pkg of greens (romaine
lettuce or spinach or kale)
- 1 tbsp of chopped mint
- 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
Marinades
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoison sauce
Method
- Prep chicken and shrimp – can be stir fried with salt and pepper or grilled.
- Prep bowl of warm water. Dip rice paper in water set on dry plate.
- Add small amount of chicken, 1-2 shrimps, greens, 1/4 tsp mint, 1/2 tsp cilantro and 3 basil leaves.
- Roll together. Repeat.
- Mix hoison sauce and soy sauce.
- Dip rolls in sauce.
- Enjoy!!!
