Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of rice paper
  • 1/2 lb chicken
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1 pkg of greens (romaine
    lettuce or spinach or kale)
  • 1 tbsp of chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil

Marinades

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoison sauce

Method

  • Prep chicken and shrimp – can be stir fried with salt and pepper or grilled.
  • Prep bowl of warm water. Dip rice paper in water set on dry plate.
  • Add small amount of chicken, 1-2 shrimps, greens, 1/4 tsp mint, 1/2 tsp cilantro and 3 basil leaves.
  • Roll together. Repeat.
  • Mix hoison sauce and soy sauce.
  • Dip rolls in sauce.
  • Enjoy!!!
