Lime and mint mingle perfectly with kombucha for a “just sweet enough” mocktail that tastes remarkably close to the real thing. But unlike the real thing, this refreshing drink gives you a boost of energy from the probiotics! Enjoy and serve this recipe for your next gathering and give your body a break from alcohol without skimping on the flavor.

Dr. Taz’s Kombucha Mojito
5 mint leaves
1/2 lime juiced (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
1 lime wedge
1 teaspoon unrefined sugar (such as date or coconut sugar)
3/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup kombucha
In a 10 ounce glass, muddle the mint leaves in the lime juice to release the oils. Add the lime wedge and sugar and muddle some more.
Add the ice and kombucha. Stir. Taste and add more sugar if needed. Enjoy!
