If you are looking for a healthy and delicious way to treat yourself or a loved one on Valentine’s Day, then this recipe is for you. Once you taste it you’ll want to make it year round!

1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen pitted cherries (strawberries work well too)
Coconut palm sugar or date sugar (optional and to taste – start with one tablespoon)
1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional, if needed)
Coconut cream and cacao nibs (optional toppings)

Whir all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with a dollop of coconut cream and a few cacao nibs.
