Leah Ohrberg

leah ohrbergWife, entrepreneur and mom of three, Leah Ohrberg, has suffered with digestive problems for almost 20 years. Despite trying fad diets and the latest health food tips, nothing has given relief to this 34-year-old southern California mom whose symptoms have included stomach pain, bloating and too many hours spent in the bathroom. When Ohrberg heard her sister, Rosie Martinson, was going to be a part of trying out The 21-Day Belly Fix by Dr. Taz MD, she quickly asked if she could be a part of the trial too, in hopes of experiencing some digestive healing.

Within days of being on the program, Ohrberg experienced what she calls nothing short of a medical miracle.

“The first three days of being on the plan was an adjustment because I had never done something like this before,” said Ohrberg who has tried countless things over the years to help relieve her digestive pain. “However, by day four, I couldn’t believe it. I had my first normal bowel movement in more than 14 years and no stomach pain! I also have felt a dramatic increase in my energy level, which is helpful with three young children running around!  I’ve only been on the plan for a little over a week and feel like my stomach is working again.”

Ohrberg had wanted to homeschool her children for more than a year, but she and her husband had decided against it because the state of her health. Several weeks into the program, Ohrberg and her husband had the homeschool talk again and decided that since she was experiencing so much gut healing with The 21-Day Belly FIx, they were going to change their mind and go for it! They pulled their kids out of school and are converting their detached garage into a homeschooling space.

Ohrberg’s stomach issues have dramatically improved. Among her digestive results, she lost 8 lbs, 6 inches and says she has more energy than ever.

Ohrberg is staying on the Belly Fix indefinitely.

Toews has lived all over east and central Africa and experienced illnesses including malaria and gut bugs like parasites and giardia. “Though I’ve lived in the U.S. for five years now, my digestion and stomach hasn’t felt optimal and I experience stomach discomfort that I can’t always put my finger on,” said Toews who also complains of the afternoon “drag” post lunchtime. Toews went into The 21-Day Belly Fix hoping to repair his gut and lose some weight in his abdominal region. Upon completion of the program, Toews lost 8.5 lbs and 7 inches and noted he no longer needs that afternoon coffee to keep alert in the office. One surprising result he experienced was the absence of his facial eczema, which he now clearly links to a dairy sensitivity. He also feels a lot less bloating in his stomach and hopes to stay on a juicing regimen and limit his intake of sugar, dairy and gluten moving forward.
